ITINERARY

Tuesday 21st May 2013:
Travel by train via magnificent coastline to Berry. Lunch in historic Berry.
Travel with host by car via the Great Dividing Range and Southern Highlands to Young.
Home stay on historic Cattle and Sheep Farm.

Wednesday 22nd:
Farm tour and day at leisure on farm.
Home stay as before

Thursday 23rd:
Tour local area attractions (options available according to interests)
Homestay as before

Friday 24th:
Travel by car to Canberra for tour of Parliament House (free entry) and other city highlights (options available according to interests)
Entry fees (if applicable) will be at own expense.
Homestay in Canberra

Saturday 25th:
Travel to Sydney (choice of train / bus / fly) at own expense.

If you would like to register for the conference, please download the registration form and fax it to the conference office at 02 8251 0097 or email to wcf@thinkbusinessevents.com.au by 1:00pm Tuesday 14 May 2013.

Alternatively, please bring your registration form and payment to the registration desk at the conference.

  1. Student Rate: To qualify for the student rate you must be a FULL TIME student at the time of the conference and student ID is required for verification upon collection of name badge at the conference.
  2. Day Registration: Please note there are no reduced Early Bird fees for day registrations.
  3. VIP Upgrade includes: Access to VIP lounge to network with keynote and invited speakers, all day catering including access to tea and coffee, morning and afternoon tea selections and lunch for all three days of the conference, VIP Welcome Reception and preferential seating in Plenary and key sessions.
  4. VIP DAY Upgrade Registration (purchased together with day registration) provides access to the VIP-Speaker lounge to network with keynote and invited speakers, preferential seating in Plenary and key sessions, all day catering including access to tea and coffee, morning and afternoon tea selections and lunch for the selected day at conference.

VIP Upgrade Registration

Payment

All conference payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received you will be required to provide your personal credit card details at the conference to guarantee payment. This card will be debited if alternative payment is not received within 14 days.

All amounts in the registration form are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Once your registration has been processed receipt of payment will be emailed to you, to the email address you provide as contact in your registration.

Children at the conference

Children over the age of 12 can attend the conference with the purchase of a conference registration at the student rate. (Please see registration details above)

For children under the age of 12, unfortunately there are no child care services at the conference. For child care and babysitting options please contact dial an angel on 1300 721 111.

Insurance

Insurance of any kind is NOT included in registration fees – it is advised that delegates take out appropriate health and travel insurances prior to travelling. The WCF 7 Sydney Committee and the conference Organisers do not take any responsibility for delegates failing to insure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing at the conference Office by 10 April 2013 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an administrative fee of AUD $100. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded. Changes to registration from a full registration to a day registration will also incur an administrative fee of AUD $25.

Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the conference Office prior to the conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
